Greg Lusitana practices in the areas of municipal law and public agency litigation.  He has represented numerous public agencies in both transactional and litigation matters in a variety of practice areas, including general municipal, land use, environmental, litigation (both civil and criminal), real estate transactional, and administrative law matters.  He has extensive trial experience having acted as lead trial counsel for cities including writs and appeals.

A San Diego County native, Mr. Lusitana received his undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies from San Diego State University.  He received his Juris Doctor (J.D.) law degree from Syracuse University College of Law along with a master’s degree in Telecommunications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, Syracuse University. 

He is a member of the State Bar of California and the District of Columbia Bar.
