Practice Areas

Engaging litigation attorneys in the early stages of any dispute is essential to reducing risk, managing expense, and reaching a desirable result. LFAP litigation attorneys recognize the strategic benefit of early resolution as well as determined advocacy. Our attorneys work closely with our clients to achieve their desired outcome while keeping the client advised of the potential cost and risk.

California employers are under increasing attack from plaintiff/employee attorneys who focus their practice on employer challenges because of statutes which favor employees and allow the recovery of attorney’s fees. Regulatory agencies, more often than not, favor employees. LFAP’s attorneys are prepared to assist our business clients in avoiding such challenges and defending disputes that arise.

The attorneys in the LFAP Land group provide legal services covering the entire development cycle, including acquisition/sale, title review, environmental compliance, project entitlement, and dispute resolution.

Land and Landlord Tenant Disputes

The attorneys of LFAP have represented the interests of business, landowner, and nonprofit clients for over four decades.
