Mr. Guillory concentrates his practice in commercial real estate, land development, and business transactions. Before joining Lounsbery Ferguson Altona & Peak, LLP, Mr. Guillory worked as an attorney and advisor for the U.S. Small Business Administration, where he provided legal advice and support services in the closing and disbursing of disaster response and business loans.
Prior to the SBA, Mr. Guillory worked as a business development associate for a civil engineering and consulting firm. Additional construction experience includes his work as a real estate advisor where he consults on an array of large commercial construction projects in Southern California.
He received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, and an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego. Mr. Guillory received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Louisiana State University in Environmental Management Systems. Prior to law school, Mr. Guillory served as an artillery officer in the U.S. Marine Corps.
Mr. Guillory has volunteered with the Veterans Legal Institute, assisting in its mission to alleviate at-risk veterans’ barriers to housing and healthcare. Before and during his undergraduate studies, Mr. Guillory worked on his family’s commercial farming operations as well as being employed on several residential and commercial construction projects.
He is an active member of State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
